Former Bellator MMA talent-turned-WWE superstar expresses wish of doing movie with Dwayne Johnson
Sipa USA

Everyone wants a piece of Dwayne Johnson , who recently reminded his naysayers that he can still go inside the squared circle at 52 on top of being an icon in Hollywood. Nonetheless, after channeling an unprecedented incarnation of The Final Boss in WWE, Rock’s reverted to the movie sets. Who knows if he’s left with much of those? And NXT Superstar Lola Vice is clamoring to film with The Great One.

Speaking on WWE Die Woche, the former MMA Bellator fame was asked whom she would like to cast if there was ever a remake of Miami Vice. Without further ado, Lola said that she dreams of doing a movie with The Rock. Underscoring how they have roots in Miami, Vice affirmed that both of them grew up in the same area. If not the Black Adam star, the NXT wrestler named John Cena as a close second.

The real-life Valarie Loureda claimed that she looks up to both Cena and Rock. She revealed having met with The Cenation Leader back when he visited the White and Gold brand last year. There must’ve been a whole bunch of personnel at WWE who caught up with those stalwarts during their recent stints with the Stamford-based promotion.

My dream is to film a movie with The Rock. He also went to the University of Miami. So, we grew up in the same area. The Rock, for sure. The second is is John Cena. I look up to John Cena a lot and The Rock.

While John was recently spotted in France, his contemporary, Dwayne, is keeping pace with rigorous training sessions for Smashing Machine. The Great One is expected to soon begin the shoot for the Mark Kerr-based biopic. His fans in WWE are already feeling the void of The Brahma Bull. The weekly television appearances was something no one saw it coming. And by all sorts, the former WWE Champion ain’t done.

When the fans can expect Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to return to WWE?

At WrestleMania XL, The Rock competed in his first WWE match in eight years. In what the fans saw as a prohibitive success, The People’s Champion did catch them off guard with how immaculate he was with his movements in the ring.

In a post-Mania check in, he seemingly confirmed his participation at next year’s WrestleMania. The stage is already set. For the first time in history, the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas will play host to The Show of Shows in 2025.

And going by what’s been reported thus far, all points sign to The Rock challenging Cody Rhodes in a singles match in Sin City. A queer but proposed idea suggests that The Great One could put his People’s Championship, who was bestowed on him by Muhammad Ali’s wife, on the line against Rhodes’ Undisputed WWE title.
